The BCF Group has been delivering business coaching and leadership skill training courses for more than 25 years. The majority of that training had taken place in the classroom, with a few courses being run on Zoom or Teams before the pandemic lockdowns. But it can offer another option – online courses that are available wherever and whenever you need them.
Initially, we worked with the company to produce a course that offered delegates an introduction to business coaching and gave them skills they could bring into the workplace.
That proved so successful it was followed by an ILM (Institute of Learning and Management) Level 5 course in effective coaching and mentoring.
Not only is the course perfect for those who want to provide coaching and mentoring to others, but completing it, alongside the post-course activity, results in achieving an internationally recognised qualification.
We worked with the company to create an outline for the course, recorded video lessons of each crucial section with one of its tutors, and supported that with interactive content and compelling text.
And we did all this out of our TV studios in Reading – which really added to the credibility of the course.
